Aria is a $1/3 game and the max buy-in is $300. If you meet that criteria, you need to sit down with whatever the max buy-in at the table is. Solid would mean that you have at least a general understanding of the math of the game, are generally attempting to range your opponents and trying to determine the odds of winning the hand based on those ranges vs the bet size compared to the pot.
You need to be a solid player to break even at that table. The lowest stakes no limit hold em on the strip is a $1/2 game.
